1. Ordering and Acceptance
1.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by All Ink Printing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, product availability, or inability to obtain authorization for payment.
1.2 A contract between you and All Ink Printing is formed only when we accept your order and send a confirmation email.
1.3 You represent that the information you provide when ordering is accurate, complete, and current.
2. Pricing and Payment
2.1 All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable sales tax unless stated.
2.2 Shipping and handling fees are included unless otherwise noted in your quote.
2.3 Payment is due at the time of order. We accept payment by the methods listed on our website or invoice.
2.4 If payment authorization is not received, your order may be delayed or canceled.
3. Artwork and Design Files
3.1 You are responsible for providing accurate artwork and design files.
3.2 All Ink Printing is not responsible for errors or charges resulting from incorrect or poor-quality files.
3.3 By submitting artwork, you represent that you own or have the rights to use all elements in the files, and you grant us permission to use those elements in producing your order.
3.4 If you request design services, additional fees may apply. Design fees will be communicated prior to the start of work.
4. Production, Delivery, and Turnaround Times
4.1 Turnaround times provided by All Ink Printing are estimates and begin once all approved artwork and payment are received.
4.2 Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to volume, shipping carrier delays, or events beyond our control.
4.3 You are responsible for reviewing your proof and confirming all details before production.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
5.1 Due to the custom nature of printed products, returns and refunds are limited.
5.2 If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and order details. We will review and work to resolve the issue.
5.3 Orders canceled after production has begun may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content on the All Ink Printing website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other laws.
6.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Ink Printing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products or website.
7.2 Our total liability for any claim related to products or services provided is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold All Ink Printing and its affiliates harmless from any claim, liability, loss, or expense arising from your use of our products or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
